encodes extracted value automatically

description

Great to see the new release!

Anyway, I'm having an issue with an encoding of a JSON-value that is a URL, it seems like the extracted result gets encoded, which I don't want it to, cause I need to use the URL web request that comes later in the test.

This is what the URL should look like:

https://censoredURL02.blob.core.windows.net/oppgave/e1845046-3423-4240-83b2-d954d58be206?sv=2013-08-15&sr=b&sig=%2BrTM9io96laa7iVSO3hIW6FgxKi2zRC4cVFyQrxPYos%3D&se=2014-01-24T14%3A50%3A10Z&sp=r

This is what the plugin extracts:

https://censoredURL02.blob.core.windows.net/oppgave/e1845046-3423-4240-83b2-d954d58be206?sv=2013-08-15&sr=b&sig=sAUlPcF/JnXuK1uLUy6opa6spDyohOGRtvD5TE4UYB8=&se=2014-01-24T18:53:45Z&sp=r

Any quick solutions to this?

Vegard,

I have not dealt with any JSON requests. However the plugin itself usually doesn't do any encoding. That happens at the client level by Silverlight for one. What the plugin does do is decodes it in the webtest window so you can see the decoded version of what is encoded.

Thanks!
